Install Claude Code (needs a paid Claude plan or API credits), Python 3.10+, Bun and LaTeX.
Run: python3 tools/install_portal_clis.py
Open Claude Code in the folder and run /setup with your CV.
/scrape to find postings, then /apply on the ones you like.
